Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Harmony mobile application ("App") and services ("Service"). By using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Harmony app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Account Usage

You may use our Service as a guest user or by creating a registered account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and current

3. Subscription Terms

If you purchase a subscription to our Service:

• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
• Free Trial: If you start a free trial, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings in the App Store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy.

4. Allowed Usage

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Upload content that violates any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to break, hack, or compromise the security of the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Disclaimers

Nutrition Estimates: The AI-powered nutrition analysis provided by our Service is for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive to provide helpful feedback, the analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You acknowledge that:

• The nutrition analysis is a tool to assist your decision-making, not a definitive assessment
• You are responsible for your own dietary choices and health decisions
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the nutrition analysis

Your Content: You are solely responsible for the meal photos and information you upload and any consequences of sharing it through our Service.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process and analyze your meal photos to provide the nutrition analysis service
• Store your content and associated data to deliver the Service
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service

Our Content: The App, Service, and all related content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmony and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the service provider is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
